Your gift card is valid for 24 months from the purchase date

This Gift Card cannot be redeemed for cash. Lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced.
If the Gift Card is not used for a consecutive period of 12 months, the card will automatically expire at the end of that period and the balance on the card will be forfeited. When you use the Gift Card, the amount of your purchase will be deducted from the balance on the card.
Change will not be given. You may obtain information about the remaining balance on the card at any till point at The Alnwick Garden or by contacting a member of the team.
The Alnwick Garden have the right to amend these Terms & Conditions from time to time, where we consider it reasonable and necessary to do so.
